PCT 22' Strava journal - Day 49 & 50

Kearsage pass - Bishop (Mile 786 - 788)

A first draft:

Town day!! However, to make it to Bishop we have to climb yet another mountain pass. In total we have to climb 1000m of elevation and 14 km off trail over Kearsage pass to make to the parking lot. We fix ourselves a hitch in a Tesla directly to the motel in Bishop. On our zero day we visit Eric Schat's bakery, a famous dutch bakery I visited in 2019. I buy myself a new water filter in the outdoor store and we get diner at the Mexican restaurant.
